Privacy and data handling
Revapture is operated by Fabre Media. This notice explains how the recovery analysis and service use your information.
Your lead information
Upload only records you are authorized to use. We process the fields you choose to analyze opportunities, preserve your report, and provide the recovery service you request. We do not sell your lead database. Uploading does not authorize outreach.
Private analysis and retention
Anonymous reports are linked to a private browser cookie and expire after seven days. Expired reports become inaccessible and are removed by the daily cleanup job; backup copies follow our infrastructure providers’ retention schedules. After you save a report to a workspace, we retain it with that workspace to provide the service. Workspace owners and managers can delete the encrypted saved report from its report page. That deletion also removes the report’s funnel events, while leads already imported into the workspace, consent and suppression records, and later workspace activity remain until separately deleted. Contact support to request broader deletion or ask about access to your records.
SMS consent and messaging
A phone number in an import, email permission, workspace approval, or recovery review does not by itself authorize SMS. Before any customer-recovery SMS can be eligible, the customer must separately record direct SMS consent with a limited source category, date when known, optional internal reference, and the confirming workspace user. Revapture does not accept purchased, rented, or third-party lists as SMS consent. Customer-recovery SMS is currently off.
If SMS becomes available, we will process the phone number, consent/suppression status, sender identity, delivery status, and inbound reply needed to provide the service. A STOP reply creates an SMS suppression and stops queued follow-up; replies also stop queued automated follow-up for that contact. HELP is handled through the configured provider and our support path. We do not use SMS consent records for advertising.
Security and service providers
Revapture uses encrypted HTTPS connections and encrypted database storage. Recovery analysis payloads also receive versioned application-level encryption so service credentials can rotate without becoming the permanent report-encryption key. Access to workspace information requires authorized account access. Vercel hosts the application, Supabase provides accounts and database storage, Resend supports service email, Twilio would support SMS delivery only after activation, and Stripe processes subscription payments. We do not store complete payment-card details.
Usage measurement
We record funnel milestones such as calculation, analysis, signup, and paid conversion, with aggregate counts or values. We may retain the first and latest meaningful campaign, landing-page, and referrer labels to understand how visitors find Revapture. Lead names, contact details, notes, uploaded rows, and report-access tokens are excluded. We do not send advertising-platform pixels or conversion events today. A short-lived hashed network identifier helps limit abuse; we do not store the raw network address in that limiter.
Optional AI assistant
When you use Ask Revapture, your questions and aggregate report totals are sent to OpenAI through Vercel AI Gateway to generate answers. We do not include individual lead records, names, emails, phone numbers, or notes in the report context. Before a question is sent, Revapture removes recognizable email addresses and North American phone numbers. Do not type confidential lead information into chat: no automated filter can reliably identify every kind of sensitive information. Chat history is held in the current page; provider processing is subject to their service policies.
Your choices
You can use the calculator without uploading leads, skip optional fields, and review records before outreach. Weekly summary emails are optional. For privacy requests, correction, deletion, or questions about processing customer records, email support@revapture.com.
