Revapture service terms

Revapture is operated by Fabre Media. Use the service only for lawful business purposes and data you have authority to provide.

Analysis is decision support

Reports use your supplied information. Estimates describe potential pipeline, not guaranteed recovered revenue. Recovery Scores prioritize recorded evidence and are not conversion probabilities. Missing, outdated, or incorrect source information can affect results. Review your data and report before acting.

You control outreach

Uploading a file, viewing a report, or creating an account does not send messages or start a paid subscription. Before approving outreach, verify the recipient information and your permission to contact recipients. Honor opt-outs and review customer replies. You remain responsible for your business’s service delivery and customer communications.

SMS terms

Customer-recovery SMS is disabled unless Revapture separately completes provider registration and an authorized owner activates the feature. Do not upload or use purchased, rented, scraped, or third-party lists. You may record SMS consent only when your business has direct, verifiable permission; an imported phone number, email consent, a workspace approval, or a recovery review is not enough. You are responsible for honoring opt-outs and maintaining your underlying business records. STOP must end automated SMS follow-up, and any reply requires human review before further outreach.

Accounts and subscriptions

Keep your account access private. Package allowances, trial timing, and charges are shown before checkout. See our trial, cancellation, and refund policy for subscription terms. Features described as planned are not currently included as working services.
