Revapture is operated by Fabre Media. This page describes the current safeguards and data-handling behavior of the service. It is not a certification or compliance claim.
Workspace access and isolation
Workspace information is available only through an authorized account in that workspace. Database access is scoped by workspace membership and row-level policies; roles further limit actions such as report deletion and operational review.
Encryption and private reports
Revapture uses HTTPS for connections and encrypted database storage. Recovery analysis payloads also use versioned application-level encryption so encryption keys can rotate. Anonymous reports are associated with a private browser cookie, expire after seven days, and are removed by the scheduled cleanup process after expiry.
Owners and managers can delete an encrypted saved report from its report page. That removes the report and its related funnel events; separately imported workspace records, consent and suppression records, and later workspace activity are not removed by that report-deletion action.
AI assistance
Ask Revapture receives aggregate report context only. Individual lead rows, names, email addresses, phone numbers, and notes are excluded from that context. Revapture also removes recognizable email addresses and North American phone numbers from questions before sending them to the provider; do not enter confidential lead information into chat.
Messaging safeguards
Uploading, analyzing, viewing a report, and creating an account do not send messages. Recovery requires review and explicit approval. Consent and suppression controls are checked before outreach, replies and opt-outs stop applicable automated follow-up, and customer-recovery SMS remains off until its separate registration, consent, workspace, and owner-activation requirements are met.
Providers and payment data
Vercel hosts the application. Supabase provides accounts and database storage. Resend supports service email. Twilio would support SMS only after activation. Stripe processes subscription payments; Revapture does not store complete payment-card details.
Data choices and requests
Revapture does not sell lead databases. You can use the calculator without uploading leads, skip optional fields, and request access, correction, deletion, or information about your data through support. Some provider backup copies follow their own retention schedules.
